  • The candidate should be  a graduate in any stream under recognized university. 
  • The candidate Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills.
  • Should have the Knowledge of basic computer operations and have the Ability to learn.
  • Should be courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Should have the willingness to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities.
  • Should possess good interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Should be open to work in any shift timing – night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening). 
  • The candidate Should not  pursue any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings. 
  • The selected candidate should Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology vertical.
  • Should Confirm the customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. 
  • should demonstrate empathy and listen attentively to customer needs and concerns The candidate should be willing to Work in a 24x7 work environment; rotational /night shifts and no fixed weekly offs.
  • Need to prepare complete and accurate work and update the customer files.
