- The candidate should be a graduate in any stream under recognized university.
- The candidate Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills.
- Should have the Knowledge of basic computer operations and have the Ability to learn.
- Should be courteous with strong customer service orientation.

- Should possess good interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Should be open to work in any shift timing – night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening).

- The selected candidate should Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology vertical.
- Should Confirm the customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
